1User Eligibility & Contract Acceptance

This electronic agreement is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing muscleprozone.com, browsing products, or submitting orders, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor, you do so under parental supervision and take full responsibility.

3Pricing, GST & Order Fulfillment

In accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and Indian GST provisions:

• Maximum Retail Price (MRP): All products clearly declare the manufacturer's official MRP, our exclusive discounted price, and all applicable taxes (GST included).
• Payment Options: We accept Indian Rupee (INR) payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards via RBI-authorized gateways (Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
• Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify high-value or suspicious orders via phone OTP before dispatch to prevent fraud.

4Returns, Damaged Shipments & Authenticity Guarantee

Because sports nutrition products are consumable ingestible items, strict health and safety protocols apply:

• Authenticity Guarantee: Every tub and box features intact manufacturer seals, batch numbers, and expiry dates. If any product is received unsealed or physically damaged during transit, notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video.
• Hassle-Free Replacement: Verified transit-damaged or defective items will be picked up and replaced with fresh stock or refunded in full.
• Opened Products: Once a supplement's inner foil seal is broken, returns are not accepted unless verified as a manufacturer defect.
